As part of its business mission to Japan under the Vietnam–Japan Startup Incubation Program, VEEP reached another significant milestone in its international expansion journey by officially signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Richardson RFPD. During the same mission, VEEP also had the opportunity to meet and engage with AEON Delight Japan, one of Japan's leading companies in integrated facility management and building operations.

The signing of the MoU between VEEP and Richardson RFPD marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at fostering innovation, promoting knowledge exchange, and jointly exploring opportunities to develop and deploy advanced technology solutions in energy management, digital transformation, and sustainable development.

Through this collaboration, VEEP aspires to expand its global partner network and gradually introduce Vietnamese-developed AIoT energy management solutions to the Japanese market and beyond.

In addition to this strategic partnership, VEEP was honored to meet and hold discussions with AEON Delight Japan. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for both parties to exchange insights on smart building management, infrastructure operations, energy optimization, and innovative solutions that support businesses in achieving their sustainability goals.

The discussions also enabled VEEP to showcase its technological capabilities, including its AIoT Energy Management Platform and Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS) business model, while gaining valuable insights into the specific needs of the Japanese market. These exchanges will support the continuous enhancement of VEEP's solutions, ensuring alignment with international standards and paving the way for future collaboration.

The achievements of this business mission not only demonstrate the confidence and recognition that international partners have placed in VEEP's technological capabilities, but also highlight the growing potential of "Make in Vietnam" innovations to address global challenges in energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and the transition toward a low-carbon economy.

VEEP would like to express its sincere appreciation to the National Innovation Center (NIC), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the Government of Japan for organizing the Vietnam–Japan Startup Incubation Program. The program has provided Vietnamese startups with invaluable opportunities to connect directly with Japan's innovation ecosystem, business community, and supply chains.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Richardson RFPD, AEON Delight Japan, and all the organizations, enterprises, and partners who warmly welcomed our delegation, shared their expertise, and engaged in meaningful discussions throughout our visit. Their trust, openness, and willingness to collaborate serve as a strong motivation for VEEP to continue innovating, strengthening our technological capabilities, and expanding our presence in international markets.

Looking ahead, VEEP will build upon the valuable outcomes of this program by deepening strategic partnerships, advancing next-generation AIoT energy management solutions, and supporting businesses in optimizing operations, reducing carbon emissions, and progressing toward their Net Zero ambitions.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with Richardson RFPD and the opportunity to collaborate with AEON Delight Japan represent more than important milestones for VEEP. They also demonstrate the growing potential of Vietnamese technology to connect globally, foster international partnerships, and create sustainable value in the global marketplace.
