VEEP Attends EU Energy Efficiency Startup Day in Vietnam 2026 – Marking One Year After Winning the AIS4EE Championship

Affirming the Position of a Vietnamese Energy Technology Startup Within the International Innovation Ecosystem
On May 26, 2026, VEEP was honored to participate in the “EU–Viet Nam Energy Efficiency Startup Day” — a high-level networking and innovation event focused on green energy, climate technology, and sustainable innovation collaboration between Viet Nam and the European Union.

The event was organized by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in partnership with the European Union Delegation to Viet Nam and the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT), as part of the official visit of the European Commissioner for Startups, Research and Innovation.

The program brought together representatives from the European Union, leaders from MOIT, international development organizations, investment funds, Climate Tech startups, as well as more than 15 ambassadors and diplomatic representatives from European countries and international partners. The event is regarded as one of the most significant networking platforms promoting green innovation collaboration and the development of Viet Nam’s energy efficiency startup ecosystem.

One Year After Winning the AIS4EE Championship
This year’s event also marked the first anniversary of the “Accelerating Innovative Start-ups for Energy Efficiency (AIS4EE)” program — an EU-funded initiative aimed at accelerating energy technology startups and green transition solutions in Viet Nam.

In 2025, VEEP proudly won the Champion Award of the AIS4EE Acceleration Program with its AIoT Energy Management Platform and Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS) model, helping enterprises optimize energy consumption, reduce operational costs, and lower carbon emissions through real-time data and AIoT technology.

Being selected once again to participate in the “AIS4EE Result Showcase” not only recognizes VEEP’s growth journey after the acceleration program, but also demonstrates the practical deployment capability and international scalability of energy technology solutions developed by a Vietnamese startup.

VEEP and Its Role in the Energy Transition Ecosystem
As global enterprises accelerate ESG commitments, Net Zero strategies, and carbon management initiatives, the demand for smart energy management solutions continues to grow rapidly. With the vision of becoming a leading AIoT Energy Management platform in the region, VEEP focuses on developing solutions that:
Manage and optimize energy usage for buildings, retail chains, and factories;
Monitor electricity consumption in real time;
Analyze operational data through AIoT technologies;
Support enterprises in reducing CO₂ emissions and meeting ESG standards;
Promote the Energy Efficiency as a Service (EEaaS) model across Viet Nam and the region.

Following the AIS4EE program, VEEP has expanded collaborations with partners across the energy, technology, and commercial operations sectors, while steadily reinforcing its position as a Vietnamese Climate Tech startup capable of commercializing and deploying solutions at scale.

Advancing International Collaboration in Climate Tech and Energy Efficiency
VEEP’s participation in the event not only represents a meaningful contribution to the innovation ecosystem, but also helps bring Vietnamese energy technology startups closer to the international community, investment networks, and global development partners.

Through strategic collaborations with the European Union, GGGI, and international stakeholders, VEEP continues to pursue its mission of developing technology-driven solutions that support green transition, improve energy efficiency, and drive sustainable growth for businesses in Viet Nam.

In the next phase of development, VEEP will continue investing in AIoT, energy data intelligence, and carbon reduction solutions to support enterprises on their journey toward green digital transformation and Net Zero realization.
