VEEP at Solar & Storage Live Vietnam 2025: Turning Opportunity into Action

VEEP was pleased to participate in Solar & Storage Live Vietnam 2025, held on 9 to 10 July at Sky Expo, Quang Trung Software Park in Ho Chi Minh City. Representing VEEP, Dr. Miguel Angel Ferrer, Chief Investment Officer and CEO Renewables, moderated the panel discussion titled: “Riding Vietnam’s clean energy wave: Policy shifts and market opportunities for global investors”.

As Dr. Miguel noted, Vietnam is one of the most dynamic clean energy markets in Asia. From utility-scale solar to smart storage and distributed energy models, the investor appetite is real. However, so are the challenges. Ongoing uncertainties around regulation, grid integration, and project delivery continue to influence long-term investment decisions.

In this context, VEEP brought forward a clear message: no clean energy strategy is complete without energy efficiency at its core. Efficiency reduces waste, unlocks system value, and lowers risk. Most importantly, it lays the foundation for scalable and cost-effective renewable deployment.
